A group of lawyers from local and international law firms in Vietnam with over 17 years of transactional experience have joined forces to form corporate and commercial law firm Lexcomm Vietnam LLC (Lexcomm) with offices in Hanoi and HCMC to offer prominent Vietnamese law capabilities.The combined entity joins Pham Ba Linh, Nguyen Viet Ha and Luu Xuan Trang, formerly of Frasers, with Luong Van Trung, previously at Bross & Partners.

The firm intends to specialise in energy and natural resources, major projects and infrastructure, telecoms, banking and finance, debt and equity capital markets, funds management and M&As. In addition, dispute resolution practice, particularly domestic and international arbitration, is also the firm’s strategic focus.
